Jump Start

AIRLINX has redesigned its “Jump Start” pneumatic air start coupling valve defeater (AIRLINX part number V7950-93-184). The 3-prong design makes it easier to open the check valve incorporated in the MS33740 air start nipple. The “Jump Start” system allows for an aircraft or helicopter to force air from a fixed wing or rotary air vehicle (donor) through an air start hose into the aircraft or helicopter (recipient) in order to start the engines. A robust HDPE plastic cover and lanyard assembly protects the valve defeater when not in use. The coupling handle is longer and thinner that standard air start coupling handles for hard to access panels making it easier to use.
